Quality and Safety
YES! Of course we test every batch we get! We use a third-party testing facility called getyourdrugstested.com and the results are posted in the photo gallery on each product. Some branded products (such as Deadhead Chemist) do their own testing and come sealed, so those we don’t test.
According to Get Your Drugs Tested:
We use a special machine called an FTIR spectrometer to test your sample, as well as immunoassay test strips that check for potent substances like fentanyl or benzodiazepines.
This technology uses infrared light to create a unique spectrum. Our technicians use reference databases with over 15,000 substances and common cuts to determine what your sample is. If multiple substances are detected, the software we use can also estimate the approximate amount (%) of each. These percentages are estimates and may not accurately indicate the potency/strength of your substance which can also vary per individual. Our machine has an estimated detection limit of 5%.
- Our machine is unable to determine purity (%). It does not separate each individual component and measure their amounts.
- We are unable to guarantee that all parts of the sample are the same throughout. However, we will do our best by thoroughly mixing each sample we receive.
- Testing your drugs does not guarantee that a drug is safe to use! The FTIR and test strips may not be able to detect all unexpected or dangerous substances!
We encourage people to test their drugs when they receive them, even though we have already tested them. Peace of mind goes a long way when beginning a trip, and can contribute positively to your overall experience.

Payment and Shipping
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and instructions on how to pay by Etransfer or Bitcoin.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your junk folder. If you still don’t see an email from us, double check your email address. If you provide an incorrect email address, you will need to cancel and re-order with the correct email address.
Same day shipping on all orders paid by 11am PST, on business days. If your order is paid after 11am, it will be shipped the next business day.
Your etransfer will not be deposited until we are packing your order, so don’t panic if you don’t see any action from us immediately.
Please keep in mind that Bitcoin takes a short while to process, and is automatic.
Tracking is available after/when we drop off your order at the post. You will receive an email with a link to your Canada Post tracking. If you have any special delivery requests, you can provide that information to Canada Post on your tracking number (see below).
Shipping is by Canada Post, and is always Xpresspost 1-3 day delivery. However, for many reasons, Canada Post can take longer than that, especially if you live remotely. Also, don’t forget about holidays – Canada Post does not operate on bank holidays.
Orders paid by 11am PST get shipped the same day! If you order Monday before our 11am cutoff time, it will get shipped that day and you will receive it Tuesday – Thursday, depending on where you live. If you order after 11am, it will go in the mail the next business day.
Plan accordingly, and be sure to account for bank holidays when the post is closed. We cannot change how Canada Post operates and we have no control over your package, or how fast it is shipped, once it is dropped off at Canada Post.
If you have specific instructions for Canada Post, you must set a delivery preference before the delivery agent attempts to deliver your package at your door. Once your package is out for delivery, you can’t select or change your delivery preference. It’s important to track your package and sign up for notifications as soon as you receive your tracking number from us.
Please double check your shipping information! If there are any typos with your address, causing you to not receive your package, we will not reship at our cost. We do not cover any packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer negligence. If a package is returned to us, it will be deemed lost.
If your package gets lost or stolen (which is very unusual), we will re-ship at our cost, one time only. We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says ‘delivered’.
Orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in a plain white bubble envelope with a nondescript, vague shipper’s name, such as FX Industries, Stack Technologies, ZippyBlue Designs, etc.
